Free Quotes and Printables

If you read my Bad Things Happen In Three’s post, you know that the last 3 months have been difficult for me. One of the activities that helped me get through this dark time in my life was reading {and praying}.

I love, love, love to read and I tend to be drawn to books in the following categories:

  • the classics
  • historical fiction
  • Amish-centered books and
  • non-fiction.

Books speak to me. I can lose myself or discover myself in a book. I can visit a faraway land or learn about a new culture. How awesome is that?

I’m also a quote junkie. If I come across a quote in a book that I can relate to, I highlight it. Or dog ear the page if it’s a magazine.

Thanks to Pinterest, I can satiate my need for quotes easily but I also like to create my own quote cards. In other words, the quotes may not be mine but the card/printable is created by me.

I’d love if you followed my Quote-related Pinterest board:

Okay…enough of me rambling ;)

Here are a few of my favorites that you can use for wall art, your Pinterest boards, scrapbooking, etc., Feel free to use them in your personal creations.

As always, thanks to The Latest Find for graciously sharing her chalkboard backgrounds. She has lots of gorgeous freebies on her blog if you’d like to check them out.

Have you seen the Marilyn Monroe printables that I created?

Hugs all.
