Here is the Part 2 that I said I would make because of all of the great extra information I found!

If you missed the information in Part 1, be sure to check it out!

Coconut Oil- The nutrition in this oil is excellent for improving the overall health of your hair. It helps the healthy growth of hair while providing a shiny complexion. Coconut oil is an amazing conditioner and helps fix/nourish damaged hair. Regular scalp massages with this oil with ensure that your scalp is free of dandruff and will reduce dryness. It is even said to help keep your hair and scalp free of those nasty lice and lice eggs.

When you mix coconut oil and avocado, it makes a great hair growth treatment as well. It adds shine and radiance to your hair when it gets dry, it gets rid of dandruff, and it keeps your hair safe from the harmful sun. First, gently heat the coconut oil for about 10 seconds (on the stove or with an essential oil burner, not in the microwave), then massage one tablespoon of it into your hair starting on your scalp. Afterwards, massage the avocado into just the ends of your hair. Leave this mixture on for about 10-15 minutes. Use cool water to rinse it out and then shampoo. It is recommended to use this treatment once a week.

Apple Cider Vinegar- Mix 1 part apple cider vinegar with 1 part water or you can use ¼ of apple cider vinegar and ¾ of water. DO NOT USE THE VINEGAR STRAIGHT, ALWAYS ADD WATER! After you wash your hair with shampoo, pour the vinegar and water mixture into your hair. You can also use a spray bottle which works great (spray your hair with the mixture and then massage it into your scalp). Then, leave it on for a few minutes and rinse out completely with water. After, your hair will be shiny and soft so you won’t even need to use conditioner! Apple Cider Vinegar removes residue and nasty gunk from product buildup. When used regularly, it will completely revitalize your hair and leave it super shiny, soft, and smooth. It can also help in hair growth.

Grapeseed Oil- Use this for the hot oil treatments (I mentioned hot oil treatments in Part 1). It is said that grapeseed oil is the best for them. Massage this oil into your scalp every night.

Vitamin E- Use a bottle or container that you can shake to make this mixture. Combine a quarter cup of vitamin E oil and a quarter cup of jojoba oil. Then include 15 drops each of peppermint essential oil and rosemary essential oil (optional). Then, close your container or bottle tightly and shake the mixture. Gently massage this mixture into your scalp. You can apply this treatment to your scalp every night.

Red Palm Oil- It is very rich in Vitamin E tocotrienols, antioxidants, and other nutrients. It will restore your hair while nourishing the roots and scalp. It has been known to help prevent hair loss and even help grow back hair as well. Within 2 months, or less, you will see a noticeable difference. You can also create a mixture of red palm oil, olive oil, and a few drops of lavender essential oil. Massage just the red palm oil or the mixture into your scalp and then work it through the rest of your hair and ends. Leave it in no more than an hour and then wash it out with shampoo. If you’re using the palm oil alone, you can also put it on your scalp before bed, leave it on overnight, and then wash it out in the morning. Use at least twice a week.

Split End and Dry Hair Fix- You will need four teaspoons of honey, five drops almond oil, five drops jojoba oil, and one super ripe avocado. This will definitely repair your hair! The nutrient rich oils and vitamins in this mixture will rejuvenate dry hair and help mend split ends. Blend the inside of the avocado with the other ingredients in a blender. Distribute the mask throughout wet hair. Then, cover your hair with a warm towel or wrap it in a plastic wrap and leave it on for at least 30 minutes. Also, to prevent your drain from getting clogged, remove as much of the mask as possible into a plastic bag or towel. Then, rinse your hair with warm water.

Brush your hair- Brushing your hair frequently, at least twice in the morning and twice before you go to bed, will stimulate the circulation in your scalp. This will distribute the oil in your hair and feed the hair follicles. It will also prevent unwanted knots and tangles.

Use Natural Hair Products- These are much better for your hair because they don’t have harsh extra added chemicals. Over time, you will definitely notice the difference. Your hair will be longer, stronger, healthier, and grateful! Also, don’t use products that contain sulfates.

Ponytails While Sleeping- Avoid sleeping with tightly braided hair or a tight ponytail. This causes breakage over time. Instead, leave your hair down or put your hair up in a loose ponytail and secure it with a scrunchie or specially treated band. You can also wear a satin or silk scarf over your hair while you sleep.

Food- Some of the best foods that affect the health of your hair are salmon and other fish like mackerel, sardines and tuna, eggs, nuts, plenty of veggies like your greens and carrots, and of course, drink plenty of water.

Steam Room- If you are ever sitting in a steam room, leave conditioner in your hair for about 10 minutes. The heat from the steam will actually help the conditioner penetrate deeper into the hair follicles. This means that your hair will get the best absorption of nutrients. If you do this often, it will make your hair healthier and softer.

More information on the essential/herbal oils treatments I mentioned:

Almond oil- Using almond oil is a simple but effective way to grow your hair. It makes your hair soft while strengthening it all at the same time. Use about a tablespoon (use more or less depending on the length and thickness of your hair) of the almond oil and massage it into your scalp, down to the ends of your hair. Leave it on for about 15 minutes and then rinse your hair with cool water and shampoo as usual. The number of applications depends on the overall condition of your hair. Use weekly for nourishment or twice a week in case of dry or damaged hair.

Thyme, rosemary oil, cedar, grapeseed oil, and jojoba oil- Mix two drops of the thyme, three drops of the rosemary, two drops of the cedar, an ounce of the grapeseed oil, and a tablespoon of the jojoba oil in a tight bottle or bowl. Gently massage the mixture into your scalp every night.

Mix three drops of lavender oil, three drops of rosemary oil and two drops each of thyme oil and cedarwood oil along with some jojoba oil. This will really enhance your hair and help it grow faster too.

Drink Water- It helps the body to process and flush out toxins faster which makes it a quick and easy natural method that will make your hair grow a lot faster. If you drink about 8 glasses a day, not only will your body feel better, but your skin will be clearer and your hair will get stronger. The stronger your hair, the faster it grows!
