Laughter Keeps Me Sane

There’s an old saying that “Laughter is the best medicine”. I truly believe that. Science even backs it up. Every time a person laughs he/she releases endorphins {also known as the “feel good” chemicals}. Laughter also decreases stress hormones such as cortisol and epinephrine.

Let’s face it, we all have stress in our lives so who doesn’t need a good laugh? To help you at least smile today, I’m posting some of my favorite funnies from my Pinterest board. Enjoy :)
